1/144 HGUC #199 Full Armor Unicorn Gundam (Destory Mode/Red Color Ver.)

The Full Armor Unicorn Gundam is the most recent rendition of the Unicorn Gundam in the High Grade line. This version swaps out the green Psychoframe parts from the final battle for the standard red Psychoframe seen during the anime. Aside from that, you’ll find all the same sweet features as with the previously released HGUC #178 Full Armor Unicorn Gundam Destroy Mode.

Despite being called the “Full Armor” Unicorn, the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam doesn’t have any additional armor. Well, who needs armor when you can add a massive amount of firepower! Here’s what you’ll find the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam defending itself with:

Articulation –

Of the HGUC Unicorn model kits, this one includes the most additional equipment. Because of this, the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam is the least posable of the HGUC variants. Removing some of the equipment may be necessary to create your perfect pose, so play around and find something you like before the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam makes its way to your shelf.

Weapons and Other Notable Attributes –

The instructions for the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam’s weaponry take up four whole pages in the manual! When building the external propellant tanks, Bandai gives the option for a built-in stand, allowing the Full Armor Unicorn Gundam to stand on its own without an Action Base. Each of the Gatling Shields has a base for display, or use the included adapter to recreate the Combined Shield Attack!
